Creating a WMS system or optimizing the same can be a big task, that need to be cut down in operation to be as simple as possible.

Analyzing our clients existing WMS system or if not an existing system available,  analyzing the clients operational setup is a first step to achieve knowledge and understanding of the individual requirements of the full supply chain and needs for logistics in general. 

The next steps are sketching ideas and discussing any desires the client may have in order to create the best possible setup within the budget.

The development phase can vary from a few weeks to several months.

After testing and acceptance of the project, the client receive a full detailed documentation and the full user rights incl. source code to the project.
